How can I order the game?
You can order the game right now, download it immediately and play right away, by clicking the 'Quick Order' button at the top-left of the page.
After you complete your order, everything that you can download will immediately be placed in Your Personal Download Area and a button will be displayed to take you there. On that page, in addition to your games, seasons & add-ons are links that show you how to download & install and answer other questions you might have.
You can access Your Personal Download Area at any time by clicking the Download link at the top of your screen, to the left of your name.
Will the seasons that I already own work with the current version of the game?
Yes. All existing Official Cactus League Seasons will work with the current Windows version of the game. If a Cactus League Season CD or diskette has a label that says "Cactus League" on it, it is an Official Season.
Plus, you can easily install all Official Cactus League Season ZIP files, such as the ones you have received directly from Cactus League Games via e-mail or download delivery. The Season Installation Module installs them automatically. You don't even have to unzip the file. Complete installations insructions are available in a link in Your Personal Download Area.
What are the minimum system requirements for Cactus League Games?
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
- 2 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 4 GB RAM (64-bit)
- 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
- Microsoft Windows Version 7 (32-bit only), Version 8.x (32-bit or 64-bit operating systems), Version 10 (32-bit or 64-bit operating systems). The game may be able to be played on earlier Windows operating systems, but we offer limited support. We have been told by many basketball fans that the game can be played on Apple Mac computers with a Windows Emulator, but we offer no support.
- 128 MB of free RAM (4 Gb recommended).
- Approximately 50 MB of available hard-disk space for the game, plus 500 to 900 KB of available hard-disk space for each season. Replay statistics that accumulate from games you play require additional space, depending upon the save options that you use. Your actual space used may vary depending upon the configuration of your hard disk.

- Internet connection required to Activate products, but games can be played while offline. Game must connect to the Internet at least once every 3 days. If it doesn't it will not be playable until it does.
How do I activate my games, add-ons & seasons?
All Cactus League Games and add-ons must be activated before you can play them. The process is very simple. At the conclusion of the installation, you will be prompted to enter your Activation Key. You will see a button "Take Me To My Activation Keys."
Click that button and your browser will open and display a page with all of your Activation Keys. You may have to log in first. Look for an Activation Key for your product that is listed as "Available." Copy and paste that Activation Key to the Activation Key box displayed from your installation. Then, click "Activate."
You can also find Activation Keys at the bottom of the Order Receipt where you ordered that product.
At any time, when you are logged in, you can click the "Activation Keys" link at the top of the CactusLeagueGames.com Home Page. That will display all of your Activation Keys.
You can also view associated Activation Keys at the bottom of your Order Receipts. Click "Orders" on the top of the home page to display a listing of all of your orders. Click an order number to display the receipt for that order.
Each game & add-on includes 3 Activation Keys that you can use on any computer that you own. If you uninstall your game using Windows "Remove A Program" function, all of the Activation Keys for the game and add-ons on that computer will be released, within 24 hours, so you can use them on another computer that you own. Activation Keys are valid for 5 years after they are activated.
Do I need a Activation Key for every computer I will be playing the game on?
Yes. As detailed above, you will receive 3 Activation Keys for each game & add-on you order. You can play your game and add-ons simultaneously on up to three computers that you own.
What happens if I have a hard disk crash or get a new computer?
If you get a new computer, uninstall the game on the old computer and your Activation Keys will be released back to you within 24 hours, so you can use them on any other computer that you own. Then, install the game and add-ons (along with your seasons) onto your new computer and use another one of your Activatoion Keys on your new computer.
If your system crashes, you can simply reinstall the game and add-ons (along with your seasons) on your new computer and use another one of your Activation Keys you have. Then, write to us and explain what happened. We will be able to determine the Activation Keys that were lost when your computer crashed and will release them, so you can use them again on a computer that you own.
Each season you install must be activated also, but that process is automatic and transparent to you.
